BETRAYED – Violence Against Women, invites survivors of gender-based violence to share their stories so that we can bring awareness to this issue and challenge the culture surrounding domestic violence–a culture that overwhelmingly encourages silence and shame. The purpose of this anthology is to uplift survivors and open up a space for them to share their stories. We hope to create a community in which we can ultimately find healing through the powerful medium of art.
